Gage was born with a virus that created many health complications for him. When he was 2, he was diagnosed with a rare and severe nervous system disorder that causes seizures and affects nearly all areas of his life. 

The seizures have become part of everyday life for Gage and his family – something he has to deal with constantly. He’s not able to walk on his own or verbally communicate. Life with his condition is difficult and painful, but a wish gave Gage and his family the hope they desperately needed.
