The Colorado Supreme Court ruled last week that Trump is disqualified from being a candidate for President. Gerry thinks the 14th Amendment is clear as day: those who engage in insurrection should be banned from holding office. Gerry has no problem calling out Trump for what he is: an insurrectionist.
