Rogers Industrial Development [ [link removed] ]

*Project description: *The Rogers Industrial Development is the proposed construction of a three-building, 557,000 square foot office/industrial development at the north end of Northdale Boulevard in Rogers. The three buildings vary in size, with Buildings A and C being 260' deep, and 900' and 800' long, respectively. Building B will be 230' deep x 500' long. Each buildings' square footage is as follows: Building A = 234,000 S.F., Building B = 115,000 S.F, Building C = 208,000 S.F. It is likely that the buildings will be constructed in phases and have the flexibility to accommodate multiple tenants or possibly a single build-to-suit tenant. The varying building sizes and depths allows for a variety of tenant uses, targeting around 10-15% office space.

Frontage roads will replace existing access to residences and commercial properties within the area. The project will also involve stormwater improvements to manage the additional runoff.

Waterford Township Limestone Quarry [ [link removed] ]

*Project description: *Bryan Rock Products, Inc. (Bryan Rock) proposes to develop a new limestone quarry on property located in Waterford Township, Dakota County, Minnesota. Quarry operations will include topsoil and overburden removal, dewatering, blasting, extraction, processing (crushing, washing, screening,) stockpiling, loading, hauling, and reclamation.
*Summary of scoping decision: *Waterford Township acting at the Responsible Governmental Unit per Minn. Rule 4410.4400 Subpart B issued a Final Scoping Decision Document (FSDD) for the Proposed Limestone Quarry on November 9, 2023. The conclusion of the Scoping Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) was the following environmental review topics were deemed to require ongoing review in the Environmental Impact Statement - Land Use; Water Resources; Contamination/Hazardous Materials/Wastes; Fish, Wildlife, Plant Communities, and Sensitive Ecological; Historic Properties; Noise; Cumulative Impacts; Other Potential Effects (Blasting) and Socioeconomical Impacts.

Fish kill reports

Minnesota Duty Officer reports pertaining to fish kills are summarized in the following table, in accordance with 103G.216, REPORTING FISH KILLS IN PUBLIC WATERS, Subd. 2 Reporting Requirement. These reports were received via the Minnesota Duty Officer prior to the submission deadline for this edition of the EQB Monitor. They represent the raw data/information provided by callers. For more information regarding fish kills in Minnesota see the Department of Natural Resources [ [link removed] ]. Call the Minnesota Duty Officer at 651‐649‐5451 or 800‐422‐0798 to report fish kills.
