We have now entered a period where the current failed British system can no longer continue, and the population also survive. This is exactly what Lyndon LaRouche forecast in 1971. Immediate Steps for Mobilization

With courage and strength we can rally a movement and create an effective American Presidency with President Trump, along with world leaders like Presidents Putin, Xi, and Prime Minister Modi, and finally put an end to the cycle of dark ages of speculation and war. 1. The big Wall Street and London-centered banks must be put through bankruptcy reorganization, not bailed out. No amount of Fed printing will save these markets. They died in 2008, and have been on life support ever since.

2. Create a capital budget for new infrastructure construction including building new hospitals and other public health facilities, and the additional electricity capacity and clean water supplies they need. This also means engaging in full-set manufacturing and industrial production.

3. Provide the scientific research needed for the coronavirus pandemic, and beyond, which means especially the development of fusion energy and the full funding for the Artemis space program for Lunar colonization.
