2023 has been full of workers across multiple industries demanding fair pay, better working conditions, and much more. That momentum will only continue in the new year. And in case you didn’t already know, young Americans have overwhelmingly stood with labor.

With 64% approval, Gen Z is the most pro-union generation alive today, with Millennials not far behind at 60% approval. We’ve stood on the front lines of the labor movement, but we need your help to keep the fight going.
