This morning, the IDF uncovered a massive Hamas weapons arsenal inside a civilian building. More than 30,000 explosives have now been seized by the IDF since the operation began. CNN reports that included among the weapons found today were "explosive belts adapted for children."
Yesterday, the IDF also released a video it found while seizing intelligence from Hamas computers of the group training young children how to use military rifles. Watch the footage here:
The IDF has also released an interrogation video of a Hamas operative who admits to using children to transport explosives for the terror group.
The despicable use of civilian facilities for terrorism, and forcing children to be used as both weapons and shields, further exposes Hamas’ evil. Destroying Hamas’ capabilities and driving the group from power will lead to a better future for Israelis and Palestinians alike.
In an interview with Israel’s Dana Weiss, the head of the Red Cross tried to justify why the group has failed to gain access to any of the hostages or verify their wellbeing. Weiss rightly pushed on why the organization refuses to unequivocally condemn Hamas and pressure the terror group. There are still 129 hostages being held captive in Gaza.
Tonight and tomorrow, more than 185,000 Christians in Israel will celebrate Christmas. Israel is the only country in the Middle East with a growing Christian community – a powerful reflection of Israel’s diversity and flourishing multicultural life.
Sincerely,
