Senate Republicans have been pushing deeply restrictive and extreme
immigration laws and they are critical aid for Ukraine hostage in
exchange.
We cannot let this brinkmanship and chaos from MAGA Republicans stand any
longer — it's time to raise the alarm in Congress. We must reject this
ransom demand for Ukraine aid and pass thoughtful, humane reforms.
We must enact humane, bipartisan reforms to our broken immigration system.
We need to expand lawful pathways and provide funding to cities welcoming
new asylum seekers.
We did not spend years fighting this agenda under Trump only to give in to
Republicans' extreme demands now.
