Friend,
The holiday season is upon us and for many, this is a very complicated time. I wish for you and your family a holiday season filled with quality time with friends and family, restful and calm, the sharing of cherished traditions that are passed from generation to generation, and many happy memories.
During these difficult times, it is even more important that we come together.
The rituals and traditions we celebrate at this time of year remind us of the importance of coming together as a community and why it’s important to treat each other with civility, compassion, and kindness. It is also a good reminder for New Year’s resolutions to treat each other respectfully every day of the year.
No matter which holiday you celebrate, may its spirit fill your heart and home with joy and into the coming year. 2024 is going to be an important year for our country, and I hope for you and yours it is full of happiness, peace, and good health. I’m grateful for your endless support and very happy holidays to you and your family.
Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy Kwanzaa!
Debbie Dingell
P.S. Go Blue! It was an undefeated season and the team is heading toward playoffs against Alabama at the Rose Bowl.
