LULAC SPREADS HOLIDAY CHEER AND WISHES YOU MERRY CHRISTMAS 2023!
================================================================

"Season's greetings from the entire LULAC family! Across the United States and
Puerto Rico, our members, corporate partners, community allies, and staff join
together to wish you and your loved ones a Christmas and holiday season filled
with joy," exclaims Domingo Garcia, LULAC National President.

As we revel in the holiday spirit, LULAC councils nationwide are passionately
continuing the legacy of our 95-year history.

In North Texas, the vibrant spirit of community came alive as LULAC District III
orchestrated a spectacular celebration at the 19th Annual Cena en el Barrio! This
monumental event, standing tall as one of the largest of its kind across the
nation, brought joy and sustenance to 4,000 families in need.

In Albuquerque, NM, Council 8057 added a dash of magic by hosting Pancho Clos,
who brought gifts and festive vibes to families at Dolores Huerta Gateway Park.

In Oxnard, CA, the excitement soared as Council 3147 orchestrated a heartwarming
toy drive breakfast, uniting the community to raise toys and funds for local
children. The event radiated joy and showcased the power of giving and community
unity.

Meanwhile, in Anaheim and Santa Ana, Councils 2848 and 147 orchestrated a holiday
extravaganza, showering families in need with Christmas gifts and delicious food.
Members came together to spread the warmth of the season through acts of love for
their fellow community members.

In the Sunshine State, LULAC state leaders and LULAC Women's Council of Florida
#7269 are making waves with exciting holiday events. From sponsoring a
two-week-long Hispanic youth day camp for the holiday vacation to the Posada
NavideƱa where the Three Wise Men will be sharing toys with children in
Clearwater, FL - the excitement is palpable!

Colorado LULAC members braved the cold to create a stunning diorama for the
annual Winter Holiday Lane Celebration, proudly displaying the LULAC shield and
letting their community know they're there despite the frigid temperatures.

In the Far Northwest, LULAC Councils 47020, 47027, and 47014 are wrapping up a
year of dynamic activities in support of their communities. From mentoring Latino
youths to addressing local issues and sharing culture, they've been on the front
lines, ensuring a vibrant and connected community.

And as we celebrate, let's not forget our deported veterans. LULAC Council 3274,
Veterans of Southern California, are joining with other leaders from across the
United States to repatriate our deported veterans. Meanwhile, thanks to Don Diego
VFW Post 7420 and Unified Veterans for making Christmas dinner possible for
deported vets in Tijuana, Mexico.

May your holiday season be a dazzling tapestry of joy, love, and community
spirit. LULAC wishes you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year filled with
excitement and goodwill!
