Former Lt. Tarik Johnson, who ordered the evacuation of House and
Senate members, was suspended for doing so for seven months, during which
he was restricted to his home and subject to a gag order. Now, he says the
January 6 US Capitol siege was not an insurrection by any definition of the
word.
