Alex is fighting for our families.
Yesterday, Alex called on Governor Baker to take more aggressive action in responding to the coronavirus outbreak in Massachusetts. Hours later, the Governor banned gatherings of more than 25 people, ordered schools closed, and reduced restaurants and bars to takeout and delivery only.
Today, Alex is gathering solidarity among our communities and our local and state leadership to put pressure on Senate Republicans to pass the Families First Coronavirus Response Act to ensure our most vulnerable workers are protected.
Alex is the voice of leadership we need in Congress. And that’s why we’re continuing to fight on his behalf to get his name on the ballot in September. Because once we’ve made it through this crisis, and we will, we will still need a voice of real leadership in Western and Central Massachusetts. Alex is that voice.
Can you chip in $15 today to ensure that we reach our fundraising goals for the end of this quarter? We’ve suspended all in-person campaign activity to ensure the safety of our team, volunteers, and communities. But that means that we’re relying heavily on our email fundraising program.
If we had Medicare for All, we wouldn’t need a coronavirus response act focusing on mitigating the costs of medical care. These policies that prioritize working Americans over corporate profits are exactly the ones Alex will fight for when he gets to Washington.
But we need your support to get him there. With your contribution we can continue our grassroots efforts to get Alex on the ballot and win our race. We deserve to be represented by a true people’s champion. This is our chance to bring people-powered change to our district.
Together we will make a difference for all families in MA-01.
Stay safe, Team Morse
