JOHN,
It’s become somewhat of a cliché to say that Rhode Islanders have such big hearts because we live in such a small state, but during this time of year I see countless examples of kindness and generosity. Whether it’s neighbors helping neighbors after a big power outage or community leaders organizing canned food drives to help those in need, it’s an inspiring time of year that makes me so proud of our state.
I hope you are having a wonderful holiday season with friends and family. It's so rewarding to catch up with loved ones we rarely get to see — I don’t know about you, but I’m not taking any of this in-person time for granted given the last couple of years.
Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how lucky our campaign is to have the support of people like you. Whether you’ve knocked on doors, shared our posts on social media or helped us reach our important end-of-year fundraising goal, we are so grateful for your support — this campaign would not be possible without people like you.
I hope you have a wonderful holiday season, and thank you again for your support.
— Seth
