This holiday season, I think of how lucky I am to be surrounded by my community, family, and friends. Our resilience, joy, and strength are things to celebrate. Thank you for the gift you have given me; the opportunity to serve New Mexicans.

I am excited for what’s to come in 2024, and I am committed to working hard to deliver well-deserved investments and gifts for our communities, every one of you, and your beautiful families.

Recently, I had the great pleasure of attending the Santa Fe menorah lighting and wishing our Jewish brothers and sisters una Feliz Janucá!

We know this holiday season isn’t easy for everyone, so let’s remember that light will always shine through, even in the darkest times.

2023 Highlights

But before we head off to celebrate with our family and friends and recharge for next year, here are just a few highlights of how we’ve served New Mexico in 2023.

This year, we held 15 Mobile Office Hour events where we helped over 600 constituents with a wide range of issues like social security benefits, passport troubles, IRS headaches, and VA benefits.

We also managed to return $365,696 to New Mexican families this year for a total of $903,015 since I arrived to Congress in 2021.

I've also secured over $111 million for community projects since joining Congress. Almost every week, there’s even more funding coming from different legislation like the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the Inflation Reduction Act, and the CHIPS and Science Act.
