Yadira is a pediatrician, accomplished legislator, and longtime advocate for children. She’s worked hard to give Coloradans a fair shot at achieving their American Dream.

In 2022, she jumped into the race for Colorado’s newest 8th congressional district.

The pollsters said she had a 9% shot of winning this race. But thanks to grassroots supporters like you, she defied the odds in 2022 and won by just 1,000 votes — becoming the first Latina to represent Colorado in Congress.

Since then, Yadira and Jason have worked hand-in-hand to deliver for hardworking Coloradans.

Now, election experts are ranking her seat as a toss-up. Far-right donors spent millions of dollars last year in Colorado — and they’re gearing up to spend millions more in 2024.

Taking back the House starts with protecting Yadira and keeping CO-08 blue. Yadira is no stranger to tough races, but she’ll need our grassroots help to overcome the GOP’s spending.
