Dear John,

I wanted to take a moment before the holidays to explain why the next week will be a defining moment for our campaign, and why I’ll be counting on your support more than ever before.

December 31st marks the final end-of-quarter fundraising deadline of 2023. As you may remember, at the end of the quarter our campaign has to publicly report all of our internal fundraising data to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

And we know that when our FEC report is made publicly available, all eyes will be on us. Washington Republicans have put a target on Northeast Ohio, and political pundits are already counting out our grassroots team. They will use this report to gauge whether we have what it takes to bring home another historic victory next November.

It’s time to come together to prove that our grassroots team – composed of hard-working folks who chip in what they can, when they can because they know Ohio is worth fighting for – is more powerful than any amount of Republican dark-money.
