Friend,

In a little more than a week, we officially enter a presidential election year – and I’ll be honest with you: I’m concerned.

There’s no beating around the bush when it comes to the dangers of another Donald Trump presidency. His disastrous and dangerous tenure in the White House – which culminated in his incitement of a violent insurrection on our Capitol – should be enough to cast him out of public life for good. It’s why the House voted to impeach him twice, and it’s why I voted to convict him as a member of the U.S. Senate.

Yet Trump remains the overwhelming favorite to be the Republican nominee for president in 2024. On the campaign trail, he’s not even bothering to try to conceal his authoritarian tendencies. His dictatorial vision for a second term as leader of the free world has been marked by a slew of egregious and un-American sentiments: calling his adversaries “vermin,” using vile language claiming immigrants are “poisoning the blood” of our country, and calling for his critics – notably former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley – to be executed for “treason.”

Despite his extreme and unstable behavior, Trump’s support has remained steady in the polls. In fact, his support has risen among Republican primary voters, and multiple polls have forecast competitive showdowns in the battleground states that will decide the election. None of us can afford to sit on the sidelines. Each of us must do our part to prevent a second Trump presidency that could be far more dangerous than the first.

So I’m asking this team to go on the record with your voting intentions. Please make your voice heard before the 11:59 p.m. deadline.

WILL YOU VOTE TO STOP TRUMP IN 2024?
