John,

Earlier this year, I stood in front of the Supreme Court to reintroduce the Supreme Court Tenure Establishment and Retirement Modernization (TERM) Act, to create term limits for Supreme Court justices.

Standing beside me was Congressman Dan Goldman, an original cosponsor of the bill and an ally in fighting for true accountability on the Supreme Court.

We both need your help to continue this fight. Please split a donation between Dan and me as we push for SCOTUS reform → [[link removed]]

A right-wing, dark money network is openly and brazenly attempting to influence the Court. When Republican billionaires heap gifts on right-wing justices, they know they’re making a long-term investment — after all, justices are appointed for life, and that means that some of the younger justices could be around for 30 to 40 years or more.

The TERM Act will stop stagnant and dangerous ideologies from entrenching themselves on the nation’s highest court and help prevent this type of corruption from taking hold.

Dan and I need your help as we continue working to implement term limits for Supreme Court justices. Will you split a donation between our campaigns so we can keep our focus on bringing accountability to the Supreme Court? [[link removed]]
