It’s the holidays, and we hope you have a restful time planned with family and friends.
But right now, my team and I are reaching out with a request for some urgent support—the holidays are always a particularly scary time for true grassroots candidates, as our fundraising and support takes a big drop as people (rightly!) unplug and take time off to travel.
We launched this campaign only back in October, and we’ve run a scrappy and strategic operation since: in that short amount of time, we’ve gotten nearly 2,000 individual donors to endorse my run for Congress in Ohio.
It has been an incredible result, and one that I did not expect, but my staff is a little worried right now and I don't want to let any of you down. Next week is the last week of the quarter, and the end of 2023. We will need to report our numbers, and I don’t want to end the year on a low note.
