Dear John,
Every year around this time, I try to take some time to be truly grateful. To me, that means reflecting on everything we’ve accomplished and appreciating the people (like you) who made it all possible.
But I also believe that part of gratitude is making use of the talents and privileges you’ve been blessed with to lend a hand to those in need – especially during the challenging winter months. That’s why I wanted to tell you about the amazing work that Helping Harvest in Reading and the Chester County Food Bank are doing right here in our community.

Year-round, these organizations help provide emergency relief for families who need help putting food on the table. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to volunteer in their community gardens, and I wanted to invite you to do the same! To give a few hours of your time to Helping Harvest in Reading, please click here. To give a few hours of your time to the Chester County Food Bank, you can click here.
If you’d like to help out but are unable to volunteer, please consider making a donation of any size to Helping Harvest or the Chester County Food Bank. It will go so far to get meals in the hands of the families who need them.
I hope I’ll see you there – but no matter how you’re giving back this holiday season, I’m so grateful that you’ve chosen to be a part of my team. I’m wishing you the happiest, most joyful of holidays.

There is work to be done,
Chrissy
