Team, we’re about to break for the holidays. We hope you’re ready to enjoy some time with your loved ones — we are, too.

But before we close out, one more email.

Here’s about where things stand, as we see it.

FIRST: Back in 2016, Trump won the White House. In his first campaign, he told everybody he’d do a lot of bad stuff. As president, he did a lot of bad stuff.

THEN: When he lost in 2020, he lied and told everybody the election was rigged, that he actually won, and that he wouldn’t go. And then he sent an insurrection to the Capitol to take his second term by force.

NOW: He’s running to take back the White House. He’s telling everybody that he’s going to be a dictator. He’s using the same language as Putin, Mussolini, and Hitler. And he’s promised reprisals against his political opponents.

We can’t speak for you, but we’ve seen more than enough. He’s telling us — shouting it from the stages of his rallies, his interviews — that he is an existential threat to our democracy. We need to treat him that way.

VoteVets is building a massive campaign for 2024 — cross country, running millions of dollars of advertisements, supporting candidates and emerging leaders in competitive states and races, getting Veterans to the polls. All to beat Trump once and for all.

And before our critical FEC deadline on December 31st, we need your help.
