Dear Friend,
The COVID-19 virus has changed the way all of us go about our daily lives, and I thought I would take a minute to share with you how we are moving forward here at the Glacier Conservancy.
This week we will be implementing a work plan that will allow us to continue our work while protecting the health and safety of our team.
That plan will allow staff to telecommute as much as possible, and create a schedule for maintaining basic office functions to ensure continuation of services.
While it’s not clear what the impact will be on Glacier’s season, and the subsequent needs for private support from the Conservancy, we are anticipating the need for swift, significant private support may be requested, and we want to have a system in place to handle those requests efficiently, and get to say “yes” as quickly as possible.
It’s likely you’ll not notice the change.
We’ll update our office phone system to make sure you can get through to the right person when you need to, we’ll all be on our emails, and we’ll continue accepting and processing contributions and online retail orders.
If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to contact me directly on my cell – 406.431.7779.
THANK YOU for your continued support, your nourishing friendship, and your steadfast commitment to Glacier National Park.
We’ll get through this, together!
