It’s been a challenging year, at times it feels like we ran a marathon in 2023 and I am very much looking forward to spending time with my family and loved ones, and reflecting on our goals for the new year.

Through everything, I’m so grateful for this team. You are the reason I do this work, and you are what keeps me and my team going.
