DWC Releases Annual Report on Fatal Occupational Injuries in Texas

DWC releases a report on total fatal injury counts and descriptive data annually to provide information that helps employers, safety professionals, and policymakers identify occupational safety and health issues.

Discount Interest Rate Set

DWC has determined that any interest or discount provided for in the Texas Labor Code shall be at the rate of 8.45%.

The rate is effective January 1, 2024, through March 31, 2024.
