As Finance Advisor for Congresswoman Lois Frankel's team, part of my job is ensuring that we're on track to meet our fundraising goals, even around the holidays.

I want to be as transparent as possible – on this week's team call, I had less-than-ideal news to report:

Donation rates compared to this time last month have

declined significantly, meaning we're not on track to meet our digital fundraising goal this month.

This is a serious concern, John, and because of the holidays, we have a limited amount of time to address the gap and prepare for 2024.

Grassroots support is key to sharing who Lois is, the work she's done and how high the stakes are in our next race.

The GOP has made it clear they're working hard to take Lois' seat and undo the steps she's taken to protect our reproductive freedom, advocate for lifesaving benefits, and keep our communities safe.

John, this upcoming fundraising deadline is important, and we really need your help to make up for lost time. Please, any amount would make a difference – will you chip in $15, $35 or $50 today and support the Congresswoman's reelection campaign?

Congresswoman Lois Frankel has worked for positive change since her early days as a student protester in the 1960s. She has been a community and civic leader, state legislator, mayor and now is privileged to serve as a Member of Congress in the US House of Representatives, and refers to herself as a working grandmother.

She has always been and continues to be a loud voice and leading force to improve the lives of children and families as well as seniors and veterans. She is a fierce advocate for racial justice, human rights and women’s reproductive freedom, fights she will never abandon and urges everyone to participate in today. Lois is the proud mother to her son Ben who is a United States Marine war veteran, and Lolo to her grandsons. She is also an avid abstract painter who greatly appreciates the arts.
