How to react to the Colorado Supreme Court decision to prevent Donald Trump from appearing on the ballot?  I am not a lawyer, so I do not want to attack it on that basis.  Geraghty did some good reporting and comment and the host has made and continues to make the legal case against it –

The New The Dark Ages

Years ago, I went to Sea World in San Diego and the killer whale show was entitled “Believe!”  I watched the show just waiting for the big reveal – what we were supposed to believe in.  It never came.  Apparently, we were supposed to believe in whatever the heck we wanted to believe in.  For the next several years it became a joke between my wife and I and the friends we were there with.  Whenever we heard utter nonsense, we would look at each other, smile a wry smile and say “Believe!”  Since October 7, it has ceased to be funny.
