Caucus Room will be implementing a “Factory Reset” January 1, 2024
What does not change
Members join for free.
Members are placed in a neighborhood (their county) based on where they vote.
Existing Members are verified conservatives and new Members will be added only after the same screening.
Communication is secure. Caucus Room uses dedicated servers.
Member data is not sold.
What changes
All news feeds will be eliminated.
All advertising will be eliminated.
All communication between Members will be take place solely in their neighborhood.
All current groups will cease to exist December 31.
Beginning January 1, new Groups will be created by hosts at the county level. Hosts will recruit Members to join their Group from their neighborhood.
All Groups will be hosted on Caucus Room Live for $24/$50 per month paid by the Group Host.
What do you need to do
Nothing to remain a Member.
Between now and January 1, check out Caucus Room Live.
Beginning January 1, form a group. It is simple to do. Just login, click on the “Create a Group” Icon and follow the instructions. Action and change require organization. Identifying problems is easy. Crafting solutions and implementing change is difficult. Caucus Room Live virtual meetings are the easiest and safest place to make that happen.
Why not Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, etc.? Read the Privacy Statement and Terms of Service sections for these entities. Is your personal and group data secure? Can your information be shared? Can you be cancelled for your views/beliefs?
Ask your county Republican Party Chair to form a group on Caucus Room. This is a concrete step you can take to encourage the Republican Party to represent your values and help elect those you support.
Consider hosting a county level group for your favorite state-wide or national group. The state-wide and national groups need people in each county to implement their ideas and plans. Great ideas are only great if they have a way to become reality. You are the key.
Form a group to support a candidate or cause. Candidates are desperate for engaged conservatives supporters. Caucus Room is a ready-made support infrastructure.
There are nearly 100,000 Caucus Room Members located in over 3,000 counties. Caucus Room looks forward with excitement to see Members form groups in January so we know that our Members value the Caucus Room Live platform and services Caucus Room provides. Our target is 1,000 groups to form, representing 1% of our Members in a third of our counties. When that happens Caucus Room will know you value what we offer. There are improvements we want to make, and will begin, as soon as we know that Members want to use the Caucus Room platform to meet and bring positive change to their communities.
