A note from American Rivers [[link removed]]

Dear friends of American Rivers,

I’ve always loved our tagline, Rivers Connect Us. It describes our connection to
the places and people we love, and our shared dependence on healthy rivers and
clean water.

We are all worried about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our health and
safety and that of our loved ones and communities. With that in mind, I wanted
to share this video of a few moments along a beautiful, peaceful river, to offer
a break from the stress and a reminder that rivers connect us, emotionally and
spiritually:

Please take care of yourself, your family and your community. Consult the Centers for Disease Control [[link removed]] and the World Health Organization [[link removed]] for the latest on how you can stay safe and healthy.

Let’s remember our shared connections and look forward to better days ahead.

For the Rivers,

Bob Irvin,
President & CEO, American Rivers
