The new law requires schools to remove "sexual content" from their shelves. The list of banned books includes many classics that have been taught in schools for decades, as well as popular novels. This is a crisis for our education system – Ron DeSantis and other Republicans have waged war on our schools and libraries by preventing kids from learning important topics from diverse perspectives.
