I know this time of year can be a period of great joy, but it also comes with a lot of pressures. That’s especially true as families deal with extra stress on their pocketbooks.

In case you or someone you know needs assistance, I wanted to remind you that my team put together a web page at davids.house.gov/lowercosts. It has many free and publicly available resources that may help families with groceries, gas, housing, health care, and much more.

No one should have their budget squeezed even more. I’m focused on concrete and bipartisan solutions to make life more affordable. That’s why I helped pass a law to cap the cost of insulin at $35 a month for seniors on Medicare, for example. I know there’s more work to do though, so I hope these resources can help you.
