Let’s look back at what our community made possible this year. ([link removed])

With your support, our legal team—12 attorneys, 49 pro bono counsel, and 39 experts—represented 169 children in four countries. We did so powered by the individuals and foundations who believe that young people deserve to be happy and safe, today and in the future.

You have powered our work and stood with a generation of young people who have been directly impacted by the climate crisis. You bring this work to life.

The youth united as a community of plaintiffs as they told their stories and were heard. As their cases unfold, their commitment deepens, and they inspire and develop into a new generation of climate leaders. Climate leaders like Claire Vlases, who received the Earth Award ([link removed]) on behalf of her fellow youth plaintiffs in Held v. State of Montana.

Our Children’s Trust has innovated, pivoted, and proven we can elevate the voices of young people and experts in a court of law. And win, powerfully. As we begin a new year, we are poised to address the monumental challenge of the climate emergency. With your help, we will scale up.
