Women Winning achieved HUGE & HISTORIC WINS this year, expanding the leadership and influence of pro-choice women at all levels of government—from electing the country’s first all-women City Councils in Saint Paul and Minnetonka to the state legislature’s pro-choice trifecta passing a new set of laws boosting our reproductive freedom and making Minnesota an abortion safe-haven in the Midwest.

There’s a lot on the line in 2024:

We hold a slim majority in the US Senate , and Sen. Amy Klobachur is up for reelection.

All 8 Minnesota seats in the US House are up for re-election, and we must protect Reps. Angie Craig and Betty McCollum - plus win as many seats as we can .

We have a pro-choice majority in the Minnesota House, and all 134 seats are up for grabs .

Let’s win all local pro-choice races! That's how we win for the next generation. Groups peddling anti-choice ideas (among other anti-feminist messaging) are ready to spend a lot more money on school boards and other local elections. This goes beyond banning books and influencing school curricula; they are developing candidates to seek higher office later. Women Winning is ready to recruit and fuel candidates that are ready to win and win again!

Women Winning has been doing this work a lot longer than any other women’s political organization in Minnesota. So we’re built to rise to this challenge. But we need the resources now to recruit, train, endorse and elect 90+ top-notch pro-choice women candidates.
