John—
Over the past several months, we've seen the 2020 Democratic presidential candidates speak passionately about gun safety and make gun violence prevention a campaign priority.
Now, Everytown is proud to give candidates a forum to bring their ideas to our community of gun violence survivors, activists, and supporters. And you're invited! Chip in $5 to become an Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund 2019 Member, and join us!
In Des Moines, Iowa this Saturday, candidates will gather to address Everytown members and discuss their solutions to the gun violence epidemic. We'd love to see you there to be a part of the discussion.

In the wake of the tragedies in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio, the need for leaders who will back gun sense legislation and real, proven solutions to gun violence is more important now than ever. Our country is facing an epidemic of gun violence — on average, 100 lives will be taken by gun violence, and hundreds more wounded each day. This event is a groundbreaking opportunity to hear what the candidates will do to address this epidemic.
Of course, we understand if you can't be in Des Moines this weekend, but you can still support our lifesaving work. Donate to Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund today.
Thank you for being a part of this movement, and we hope to see in you Des Moines.
