Hi John,

As a professor of politics and an advocate for justice and liberation, PRA’s research and analysis has been invaluable for my political analysis and activism around democracy and freedom. As we witness the consequences of rising authoritarianism in this country and globally, this work is more important than ever.

Not only do I utilize PRA’s resources in my classes and for my own understanding of the U.S. political landscape, but I see how PRA is turning their analysis and research into a clear movement strategy. 

PRA is using their research on paramilitary groups to develop security strategies for racial justice leaders, using their analysis of anti-abortion and anti-trans rhetoric to inform how progressive faith leaders push back, and are tracking anti-Muslim groups to support Muslim organizers in fighting Islamophobia.

Working at the cross-section of authoritarian movements, PRA is one of very few organizations with the mission of tracking antidemocratic forces for the purpose of building more powerful strategies to overcome them.

There are very few organizations like PRA. As authoritarian movements become a greater threat, you and I together can resource PRA to do even more to block them.
