Brief Description:?The purpose of this rulemaking is to add direct care registered nurses to the list of those workers for whom posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is presumed to be an occupational disease. The adoption of this rule amendment to WAC 296-14-300, Mental condition/mental disabilities, will align with changes to RCW 51.08.142 and 51.32.395 under 2023?s Second Substitute Senate Bill 5454 [ [link removed] ]?(Chapter 370, Laws of 2023).

Brief Description:?The purpose of this rulemaking is to propose an increase to the electrical fees by the fiscal growth factor of 6.40%. The fee increase is the maximum allowed by the state Office of Financial Management for fiscal year 2025. This rulemaking also proposes removing the fee for printed copies of the electrical laws and rules. The Electrical Program will no longer be providing printed copies as electronic versions are available online for customers.
