Lisa Anderson | Director of Young Adults
Merry (almost) Christmas from the Boundless team! Whatever your plans this year, I hope youâll take time to pause and remember that if you are a disciple of Jesus, your future is bright. Job loss, family drama, grief, trauma, fear for the future — you may be walking through this and more right now.
But hereâs the good news: Satan has no say in how your story turns out; God has already determined that. As Kay Arthur says, there is nothing that happened to you, or is happening to you, or will happen to you — that isnât first filtered through the hands of a loving Father. In other words, nothing can touch you unless God allows it to. What a comfort that is! So lift up your head knowing that God is before you, behind you, and around you. Heâs a sure thing. And while youâre at it, look for Mondayâs (Christmas Dayâs) feature article at Boundless. Itâll be a fun and encouraging fiction piece from our friend George Halitzka.
