Folks, I want to make sure you didn’t miss this news:

“The Supreme Court will rule on limits on a commonly used abortion medication”

The same Supreme Court that overturned Roe v. Wade just agreed to hear a case on mifepristone, a medication-based abortion pill that makes up for more than HALF of all U.S. abortions.

If the Supreme Court decides to restrict access to this commonly used abortion medication, the effects could be devastating for women across the country.

I will always fight to protect reproductive freedom, which is why I just introduced a resolution to defend mifepristone access, and why I’m a proud sponsor of the Women’s Health Protection Act — my bill to protect and restore abortion rights nationwide.

But it’s abundantly clear that the extreme right won’t stop pushing to restrict abortion access nationwide anytime soon. This attack on medication abortion is just the latest in the Republicans’ decades-long war against reproductive rights.
