This is the most important election case in U.S. history.

A state Supreme Court JUST banned President Trump from the ballot, declaring that "President Trump is disqualified from holding the office of President" under the 14th Amendment.

It's an absurd ruling, and we are filing an emergency appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. We represent the Colorado Republican Party in this case – and with them, the voting rights of every American.
