about to unplug and spend some quality time with our families. But before you

With the holiday season in full swing, I wanted to check in with you. The end
of the year is coming up, and we’re all about to unplug and spend some quality
time with our families. But before you shut your computers and head home, I
have one small request for you.

The end of the year also means the end of the fourth fundraising quarter. To
add urgency, I now have an official Republican opponent that is endorsed by the
State Republican Party– which means California’s Republican Party is going to
go after CA-07 to try and unseat me.

I know the people of Sacramento won’t stand for it, but we must be prepared
just in case.

So my request for you is this: Can you chip in any amount, from $1 to however
high you can go, to help me prepare for the GOP’s future attacks on my campaign?

The holiday season is tough for fundraising – and rightfully so. No one wants
to spend their holidays donating to campaigns. But this is crucial to securing
my seat and a Democratic majority in 2024.
