Most State Offices will reopen tomorrow for normal operations. A few buildings impacted by flooding or power outages will remain closed, including: Dept. of Marine Resources ? All facilities except the Augusta headquarters, Jonesboro office and the Boothbay Lab. The Maine State Aquarium in Boothbay is closed.; Dept. of Public Safety ?
