Ironically, if the Supreme Court does the right thing and upholds
Colorado's ruling that Trump is disqualified from holding office for
engaging in insurrection, it may be even harder for Dems to win the
presidency in 2024.
But if the Supreme Court goes sides with Trump, it will be even more
important that we elect Dems to the Senate to make sure that if Trump does
win, the Court doesn't lurch even further to the right.
In both scenarios, our Democratic polling and messaging work with Data for
Progress just got even more important. Dan Pfeiffer, President Obama's
Communications Director and Pod Save America co-host, called this work "a
real formula and roadmap for Democrats to adopt going forward which I
think can be very, very, very useful."

Democrats defeat Trump and Trumpism by WINNING on the economy -- by
donating $3 (or $30 if you can) to the PCCC and our friends at Data For
Progress here.
We've spent months diagnosing why Democrats are losing to Republicans in
trust on the economy. By testing many messages, we have found multiple
solutions.
On Pod Save America, Dan Pfeiffer said our work outlined "the most
effective economic message for President Biden and Democrats."
As reported by Politico, we have presented these findings to the White
House, Senate and House leadership, and political operatives around
Washington DC -- and we're talking with Democratic leaders across the
country to help them integrate this messaging into 2024 campaigns.
John, this polling and messaging work is important to help Dems
win in 2024. We need your help to continue it.

continue this work to defeat Trump and Trumpism and help Dems win on the
economy in 2024.
Thanks for being a bold progressive.
