Rob just filed a new lawsuit against two e-cigarette online retailers for harming our youth.
Big Tobacco has tried to manufacture a new generation of vapers and smokers through flavored vapes and e-cigarettes marketed to children and teens, and Rob is taking them on.
This month, Rob issued a new lawsuit against two e-cigarette online retailers — Ejuicesteals and E-juice Vapor, Inc. — that violated state and federal laws by failing to verify the age of their customers.
Young people have become the predominant consumers of e-cigarettes, and misdeeds by companies like these only serve to hook more youth and exacerbate this public health crisis.
As a father of three, Rob understands that we must protect our kids and teens from the harmful impacts of these products and from the cash grab that Big Tobacco is attempting by targeting and selling to vulnerable young people. That’s why he filed this lawsuit, won a $462 million settlement against JUUL earlier this year, and signed an amicus brief calling for the FDA to ban flavored e-cigarettes and similar vaping products nationwide.
