What about our mental health?
The pandemic we now face has taught us a lot about the coronavirus,
COVID-19, and how to protect our physical health. But this crisis takes a
toll on our mental health as well.
That’s why we’re hosting a [ [link removed] ]virtual town hall on Wednesday, March 18, at
12 pm MDT. Join us on [ [link removed] ]Facebook, [ [link removed] ]Twitter, and [ [link removed] ]Instagram Live

Mental health professionals will be on hand to answer your questions about
how to handle anxiety, address your children’s concerns, and improve your
wellbeing.
As the former president of Mental Health Colorado, I was pleased to see my
successor, Vincent Atchity, offer such good advice along these lines. Read
Vincent’s statement [ [link removed] ]here.
If you or anyone you know is struggling with mental health issues, please
call Colorado Crisis Services at 1-844-493-8255 or text “TALK” to 38255.
Free, confidential counseling is available 24/7 in English and Spanish.
