And we’re so very grateful that you did that work utilizing our tools, especially as we celebrated our 10th birthday!

Action Network
Deliverability Dashboard and Targeting
🎵 Keep your momentum going with our new Deliverability Dashboard. Just like “The Sound of K,” the fast tempo of the dashboard will keep you up to date with an overview of email stats from the last seven days, all available from your group’s manage page.
Mobile Auto-Responses
📱 With text to take “Action,” activists can send in a keyword and join your petitions, events, or forms. With our optional mobile auto-responses, you can send activists a message after they take action.
Recurring Mass Operations
📣 “We are the people that rule the world. A force running in every activist!” Engage your list with our mass operations feature, automatically applying or removing tags from activists who are newly targeted by a report each time that report’s targeting recurs. Also, check out “We Are the People” for a dance remix!
Ladder Skip Days
🪜 Take a look at your path or as we say in French “Vois sur ton Chemin.” Keep your email ladders on schedule by selecting a skip day. This will pause your ladder operations on holidays, for example. Then resume your ladder after the waiting period.
SQL Statements In The Interface
🪞 After you run targeting for an email, report, or mobile message, you will see a SQL statement representing that targeting query in the interface, on the targets tab of the manage page. This SQL statement can be used on our SQL mirror to recreate the targeting you just ran, just like a “Reflection.”
Action Builder
Uploader
🙌 Put your hands up for our new and improved uploader! You can now upload entities, info field responses, and connections all in one file. If our uploader was a song, it definitely would be Deorro’s “Hands Up.”
Social Media Profiles
✊ Add social media profiles, just like addresses, phone numbers, and email, this section can be turned on/off at the organizational level for each entity type. With this new update, you can continue to uplift your “Revolution-ary” work on platforms like Discord, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Website, WeChat, WhatsApp, and others.
Contact Info in the Wall Chart
⚡ Edit an entity directly from the Wall Chart, instead of having to click on the entity’s profile page to make edits. Be fast like “Tokyo Drift” with this new feature update and keep your list updated!
Address Normalization
⛔ We are saying "Nanana" no to disorganized data with new standardized addresses to avoid duplicates! When you add a new address to Action Builder, we’ll run it through a standardization process to avoid messy data.
Query Builder
🎶The Query Builder has been redesigned and reorganized to make it easier for users to find the most important info. Just like “Dance For Me,”creating a query is easy “like one, two, three.” Filters are now set in 3 groups: common filters, info and connections, and other filters.
