TDI adopts amendments to the Filings Made Easy Rules

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) adopts amendments to the Filings Made Easy Rules. Some of the proposed amendments include statutory changes made by Senate Bill 1367 (PDF) and Senate Bill 965 (PDF), 87th Legislature, 2021.

Amendments also include new requirements for personal automobile and residential property filings, and information about third-party data and models.
