How this might impact the fight to unseat Boebert—     John, On Tuesday night, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Donald Trump is disqualified from running in the state's presidential primary under the insurrection clause of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. In plain language, the Court found that Trump had incited and engaged in an insurrection against the United States on January 6th, 2021 and that he should therefore be ineligible to appear on the presidential primary ballot. This is the first time in history that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment has disqualified a presidential candidate. And nobody deserves the honor more than Donald Trump. Now, we need to turn up the heat on Trump loyalists and insurrection supporters like Rep. Lauren Boebert. Boebert has been identified as a key contact for planners of the illegal coup to keep Trump in power, and she reportedly gave a suspicious Capitol tour the evening before the riot. During the insurrection, Boebert live-tweeted Speaker Pelosi's location to her followers. Boebert is also implicated in the January 6 insurrection, and is unfit to run again.
