Thank you all for your incredible outpouring of support!! It's hard to believe that just one week ago we had almost 500 families waiting to be supported. We could not be more grateful for everyone who helped by adopting one or more families!!
But... we are down to the final push. 155 families remain. Can you help by rushing last-minute gifts or gift cards to these families?
We don't normally allow gift cards for this program, but given how close we are to Christmas, we want to make sure they are supported in some way!!
Provide a minimum of 1 gift per child and a grocery gift card for the family to put towards their holiday meal. Your cost will vary based on family size, but gifts should be no more than $50 per child and a grocery gift card of $50-$100.
Here's how you can provide urgent support and help these families TODAY!
Do an online order for pickup at a Target or Walmart store nearest the family you adopt! If you choose this option, please coordinate with the family first to make sure they can arrange to pick up the items.Send the family an e-gift card. Make sure there is a grocery gift card for $50-$100 as well as a gift card the family could use for gifts to a store that has more than just groceries. You could combine those gift cards if sending an e-gift card from a store like Walmart that has grocery and non-grocery items.
