Hi there, John. My name is Eric Swalwell, and I proudly serve California's 14th Congressional District – and I've been sounding the alarm wherever I can to warn about the danger of abortion bans around the country.

Back before the 2022 midterms, I put out an advertisement that showed the horrific reality that women and their families could face if access to abortion is criminalized, like a young mom being arrested in front of her children simply for having an abortion.

When my team and I brainstormed the idea for this ad, we thought it was a worst-case scenario – but it could become the reality in Florida in a matter of months if we don't take urgent action.

As a former prosecutor, I've given a lot of thought about what it will look like for women as abortion bans are enforced across the country – women facing life-threatening pregnancy complications, families broken up, health care professionals sent to jail, immense government interference in personal life ... the list goes on.

That's why I urge you to support the Florida Women's Freedom Coalition as they work to end government-mandated pregnancies.
