Just yesterday, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution disqualifies Donald Trump from the presidency. This decision stems from his active participation and direct involvement in the attempt to subvert the 2020 presidential election on January 6th.

Former federal Judge J. Michael Luttig, appointed by George H.W. Bush, was on the legal team who won this critical appeal and highlighted the severity of the situation in a recent interview:

It's clear that these attacks on our democracy persist, and the consequences could be catastrophic. We must stand firm in defending the values we hold dear. Electing leaders who prioritize democracy and the rule of law is more critical than ever.
