But that's not all we're working towards. Right now, we're on a mission to gather signatures for the One Fair Wage campaign, aiming to put a Fair Wage initiative on the ballot for the November 2024 election in Ohio.

Our goal? To raise the state minimum wage to $15/hour and put an end to subminimum wages for tipped workers, workers with disabilities, and youth.

The One Fair Wage policy we're championing would require all employers to pay the full minimum wage with fair, non-discriminatory tips on top. This change would uplift millions of tipped and subminimum wage workers out of poverty.
