Friend, it's Kate, Debbie's campaign manager — I've got good news and bad news.

I'll start with the bad news: Last night we fell $24,103 short of our $150,000 goal. This was our FINAL goal before our year-end deadline. Falling short here puts us behind for the whole quarter.

But, like I said, there's some good news too: We've been able to extend our deadline for another 48 hours to give us one final chance to make up the gap before it's too late.

Rick Scott is a mega-millionaire who's already poured $4 million of his own fortune into his campaign coffers. He won't have any problem hitting his own fundraising goals. If we can't make up this gap right now, we'll be entering the election year at a major fundraising disadvantage.

With Debbie and Scott tied in the polls, every dollar and every goal matters immensely. So please, if you have anything extra to spare, will you rush a donation before midnight tonight to help Debbie defeat Scott and defend our Senate majority?
